To me, coaching means that I get to accompany you on your journey for a while. It begins with meeting you on your path.
For some, it is a journey to a chosen destination. For others, the destination may not be clear. Sometimes the journey can be hectic. Other times the path may seem blocked by an obstacle.
When we’re not sure about our path in life, we’re prone to negative feelings, such as guilt and frustration, which can cause us to spiral. They can even lead to procrastination and stress, compounding our sense of directionlessness.
But feeling lost is just that: a feeling. It’s not an identity. And it’s not permanent.
With this in mind, I help clients work through negative emotions and find inspiration towards a new professional path. My coaching is client-centric. I listen, ask questions tailored to your circumstance, and help you reflect on your answers. Through your own answers, you’ll discover new ways to grow while staying grounded.
